  23. of the C++ committee. You can purchase a copy of the current draft from X3.

  31. Stroustrup's "The Design and Evolution of C++" has a discussion of RTTI
  32. which is quite similar to what appears in the draft. In addition, the
  33. RTTI described in the April 1995 public-comment version of the draft does
  34. not differ much from the latest version. I believe that draft is still
